1) Subsidies on facilities	A maximum subsidy of 1 billion JPY, which can include: - 7% of the total investment including land price (when the enterprise purchased industrial land in Kitakyushu, a subsidy of 14% of the total investment is provided) - 1/2 of the rent for building, land, and equipment of the first year
2) Subsidies on employees	No upper limit for the subsidy: - For newly recruited, long-term contracted employees: 300,000 JPY/person; R&D Subsidy: 1 million JPY/ person - For temporary employees: 150,000 JPY/person

Three-year exemption from property tax on facilities, building, and land where the enterprises are located.
To take advantage of the above subsidy, please submit an "Enterprise Siting Plan" beforehand.

Loans

1) Loan purpose: The loan is provided for the payment of total cost of an enterprise, including land price, equipment cost, and the construction cost for office buildings, industrial water piping system, and high voltage power system. 2) Loan period: 10 years or less (can also be delayed for a maximum of 2 years) 3) Loan amount: Within 80% of the total cost (mentioned in Loan Purpose); 1 billion JPY for each enterprise 4) Loan interest: the annual interest rate is 1.45% (variable)
