| Target tenants | Under the premise of fully utilizing this facility and information communication technology, individuals or companies that are under 5 years from establishment that satisfy one of the following conditions, and the headquarters (incorporation) are based or planned to be based in Kitakyushu City. Note that foreign venture companies that are developing businesses in the city must have their advance base in the city. (1) Venture companies or individuals that are developing innovative businesses (2) Venture companies and individuals in the city that are developing businesses such as dealing with foreign companies (the business advancement of foreign venture companies in the city are included) In the case where foreign venture companies develop their businesses in the city, a letter of recommendation from consulates of respective countries, economic offices, and incubation institutions of respective countries is required. |
