Businesses submit their industrial site location plan for approval to Fukuoka Prefecture before the start of business. Those where the total acquisition price for facilities or buildings and these sites exceeds 300 million yen (500 million yen for manufacturing industry). ※ Land is defined as that where construction of facilities or buildings has started within one year following the day of acquisition, and as a rule, is limited to the orthographic projection of facilities or buildings. |
