Total support from preliminary surveys to incorporation
To support site selection by foreign companies, the Kitakyushu Trade and Investment One-Stop Service Center (KTI Center) was jointly established by 3 organizations (Kitakyushu City, JETRO, and the Kitakyushu Foreign Trade Association).
Custom-made support programs are provided for different investment types and scales, including support for a preliminary survey to enter Japan, incorporation, and recruitment of human resources.

Incentive proposals for subsidies and support systems
- Business matching
Based on preliminary requests, interview opportunities with companies are provided.
- Interviews with applicants for resident officers
Based on preliminary requests, necessary human resources for business in Japan are found and interview opportunities are provided.
- Visits to industrial parks and port facilities
Possible sites for offices and plants and logistics facilities (ports, airports) are physically inspected.
- Start-up support
At the actual procedure for entering and incorporation after determining site location in Kitakyushu, all necessary support is provided for representative services in registration formalities and costs retained from judicial scriveners, certified social insurance labor consultants, certified public accountants, real estate agents, and human resource companies.
